Reston, Virginia, (October 15, 2004) - Luminary Online, LLC. one of Virginia’s largest, privately owned Internet Service Providers (ISPs) today announced it has acquired the operating assets of Spectrum Access, Inc., a Dulles-based ISP.
The acquisition of Spectrum Access, which provides Internet access and related services to businesses in the Northern Virginia area, further expands Luminary’s reach into the Northern Virginia market. With the acquisition of Spectrum Access, Luminary is building upon a strong record of success in the metro DC area.
