“Before we had Luminary / Spectrum Access’s service we had UUNet DSL. We had a service outage an average once every 14 days. We had highly fluctuating bandwidth. In addition, the customer service was typical big phone company tech support. Luminary / Spectrum Access had our system up and running one day after I talked to them on the phone. My coworkers were elated with the newfound speed. It is very reliable too. Their customer support is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and super-friendly. We had some issues integrating our VPN and they did not hesitate at all to offer their help to us. In short, I’m extremely happy with the level of service, the cost, and the support. I can not envision us ever changing our service to somebody else, it’s that good.”
